Proposed products shall meet or exceed the following specifications: #1 Orange Juice: Shall be produced from USDA Grade A, pasteurized 100% pure chilled orange juice concentrate; no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives added; fortified with Calcium, and Vitamins A, C and D; orange juice shall be packed under continuous inspection of the U.S. Department of Agriculture as indicated by shield on packaging; orange juice concentrate shall not have been frozen prior to processing and packaging of product; available in 4 and 6 oz. pouches; Brand: Mr. J 100% Orange Juice or equal. #2 Orange/Pineapple Juice: Shall be produced from USDA Grade A, pasteurized 100% pure orange juice and 100% pure pineapple juice concentrate; fortified with Calcium, and Vitamins A, C and D; no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives added; available in 4 and 6 oz. pouches; Brand: Mr. J 100% Orange/Pineapple Juice or equal. #3 Grape Juice: Shall be produced from USDA Grade A, pasteurized 100% pure grape juice concentrate with a deep purple color and true grape flavor; fortified with Calcium, and Vitamins A, C and D; no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives added; each size shall contain a minimum 100% of U.S. RDA for Vitamin C; available in 4 and 6 oz. pouches; Brand: Mr. J 100% Grape Juice or equal. #4 Apple Juice: Shall be produced from USDA Grade A, pasteurized 100% pure apple juice concentrate, chilled, unsweetened, and clear; fortified with Calcium, and Vitamins A, C and D; no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives added; product shall be color-good, defect-practically free, with good flavor; each size shall contain a minimum 100% of U.S. RDA for Vitamin C; available in 4 and 6 oz. pouches; Brand: Mr. J 100% Apple Juice or equal. #5 Fruit Juice (Specialty): Shall contain pasteurized 100% fruit juice from one or more fruit juice concentrates in various flavors, available on a rotating basis, including, but not limited to: Peach, Cherry Apple; Green Apple, Strawberry Kiwi, Blue Raspberry, Tropical Island, and other flavors as available; fortified with Calcium and Vitamins A, C and D; available in 4 and 6 oz. pouches; Mr. J’s all-in-one 100% Fruit Juice Limited Edition Flavors or equal.
