SCOPE OF WORK: ▪ The Vendor must provide proof of liability insurance coverage of no less than $1,000,000 along with worker’s compensation insurance coverage. All employees of the Bartow County School System shall be named as additionally insured. ▪ The Bartow County School System requires contractor support to provide Materials, Labor, and supervision for the following repairs: A flooring installation company to provide services for the removal and replacement of Carpet, VCT, LVT, Hardwood and other types of commercial flooring. ▪ The successful Vendor shall also provide a vehicle, and any tools required to perform the services required by this bid document. The successful bidder will be expected to honor their square foot flooring price for the duration of the contract regardless of the size of the job. There is no minimum amount of work guaranteed with this contract. ▪ Material pricing to be based on the following Shaw Products. • LVP – Terrain II – 20 mil • Carpet Tiles – SelectTWO-Tier 3
