▪ The Vendor must provide proof of liability insurance coverage of no less than $1,000,000 along with worker’s compensation insurance coverage. All employees of the Bartow County School System shall be named as additionally insured. ▪ The Bartow County School System requires contractor support to provide Materials, Labor, and supervision for the following repairs: One-year of service and maintenance for the video scoreboards & scoreboards at Adairsville High, Cass High & Woodland High. ▪ The Service and Maintenance Contract (SMC) will include an on call 24/6 availability of a service tech to be on site within 1 hour from notification of any outage or problem. (excluding all main holidays/breaks & Sundays) ▪ Once a year preventive maintenance (PM) will include…cleaning all internal air filters & fans, re-applying dielectric grease to all Cat-6 cable connectors. Report and replace any problems, parts or concerns with management. ▪ Once a month checkup – includes 1 hour warm up/inspection and repair if needed. (Starting the week before school starts and ends when school is out. Approx. August 1– May 30) ▪ Software – any software upgrades or repairs are not included and will be quoted on an as needed basis. ▪ The successful Vendorshall also provide a vehicle, and any tools required to perform the services required by this bid document including an appropriate manlift when required
