The Contractor Shall: 2.3.1 Provide, host, and support a web-based system that: A. Manages long-term care facility information, including, but not limited to: 1. Data, 2. Complaints, 3. Activities, 4. Residents, 5. Resolutions, 6. Verifications, 7. Investigations, and 8. Case notes. B. Provides automated federal National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) reporting capability – that it complies with NORS form and resource requirements and “strictly technical” requirements that can be found at ltcombudsman.org/uploads/files/support/NORS_Data_Management_Guide_- _2021.pdf as well as the technical requirements for the OOAPS. C. Has, at a minimum, compatibility with: 9. Windows 10, 10. Windows XP, 11. Windows 7, 12. Windows 8, 13. iOS, 14. Android, and 15. Mobile devices (tablets, iPads, smartphones, etc.)
