LICENSES/ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS The awarded Vendor shall design, and develop an application architecture to be scalable, capable of handling increasing volumes of data and users over time, and shall provide a Subscription which allows authorized access and use of its application by 4 individuals with capacity to add users. MINIMUM MANDATORY VENDOR REQUIREMENTS The Vendor must meet the following qualifications: 1. Must have a minimum of 5 existing clients which are government, commercial or nonprofit entities with 100 or more employees that use the offered cloud-based application as intended; 1) at least 1 of which is a US federal, state, or local government department/agency, and 2) at least 1 of the existing clients is for an entity with 500 or more employees. 2. For at least 3 of the last 5 years, the offered application must have been in use by a minimum of 5 existing clients which are government, commercial or nonprofit entities with 100 or more employees that use the offered cloud-based application as intended; 1) at least 1 of which is a US federal, state or local government department/agency, and 2) at least 1 of the existing clients is for an entity with 500 or more employees. Vendor must provide valid references with contact information for verification that the offered application must have been in use by a minimum of 5 existing clients which are government, commercial or nonprofit entities with 100 or more employees that use the offered cloud-based application as intended; 1) at least 1 of which is a US federal, state or local government department/agency, and 2) at least 1 of the existing clients is for an entity with 500 or more employees. Prior to award, the Vendor must be able and may be required to provide a product demonstration for determination of meeting requirements stated within this document. HOSTING REQUIREMENTS The vendor’s application must be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Microsoft Azure, or other major cloud providers. Hosting 1. Bidder must provide an additional secure cloud-based storage for the data hosted on either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure servers. 2. The cloud-based storage provided to the A-C Ombuds should be at least five (5) terabytes. The Bidder will not charge the A-C Ombuds should the anticipated storage amount be exceeded. 3. Any changes to the storage must be provided in writing to the A-C Ombuds within seven (7) days of the change. 4. In addition, Bidder must provide the current storage status upon request, whether via email or phone 5. Data retention for the cloud storage must be for the term of the resulting agreement. 6. In addition, Bidder must provide secure authentication and user access with single sign-on (SSO) via Active Directory to the A-C Ombuds. BUILDING/CREATING THE DATABASE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The database must have the ability to integrate with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) data to access child welfare case management information housed in their CWS-CARES system on the Salesforce platform.
