Agent shall perform polygraph examinations as requested by the County on a per court process basis. County shall provide Agent with an office to perform the examinations. Examinations shall be performed on new clients as part of their sex offender treatment evaluations and then periodically as determined in accordance with the defendant's/probationer's case needs and court process. 1.) The successful Offeror shall be certified to conduct polygraph examinations. 2.) Offeror shall provide the County with written information, based on the polygraph results and information gathered, that evaluates the truthfulness of each individual. 3.) The Offeror shall use a standard report format as a vehicle for transmitting to the County the information produced and/or prepared by the company. 4.) The report should contain all pertinent information needed to determine the individuals’ truthfulness. 5.) Reports will be sent electronically. 6.) The Offeror agrees that all information gathered about the individual and all reports generated from that information will be kept strictly confidential, with information to be disclosed solely to the County’s authorized representatives. The Offeror further agrees to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of all individuals’ information, including but not limited to keeping hard copies of documents in secure areas and taking appropriate steps to secure electronically stored information. 7.) Offeror shall provide a quote for a standard polygraph exam as well as a separate quote for a more detailed history polygraph.
