Shelby County wishes to engage the Vendor(s) selected through a competitive process that will work well with the County’s personnel in the performance of the Goods/Services, in a cost-effective manner, and applying SCG M/WBE Ordinances. The intent of this request is for Shelby County Government to obtain pricing for the purchase of fuel, gasoline & diesel for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and Shelby County Fleet Services. The area outlined above and any Federal, State, County or other local Muncipalities shall be able to participate in this purchase as long as the specifications/terms/delivery requirements are the same as outlined hereon.
