Contractor shall provide 10,000 licenses to provide readily accessible, relevant, online professional development for LAUSD’s 30,000+ classified employees. Courses must cover multiple/diverse subject areas in areas such as customer service, leadership and supervision, software applications training, project management, work/life balance etc. The library must also include a course that LAUSD can assign to supervisors that will fulfill California law (CA Government Code §12950.1) requiring employers to provide training on preventing workplace harassment to its supervisors every two years and to new supervisors within six months of hire. We are particularly interested in procuring access to online courses, but we would also like to see blended learning formats that include assets such as PowerPoint presentations and facilitator guides to correspond to the web courses/videos. Provider must have online content hosted on provider’s servers. Content must be compatible with and deployable through Cornerstone-on-Demand’s learning management system through use of an open learning services architecture (OLSA) interface.
