The custodial staff shall provide the following services daily. All desktops shall be sprayed with a germicidal spray daily to help eliminate bacterial or viral germs. Clean and polish drinking fountains. Clean the sinks and replenish the paper towels. Clean, sweep, and remove all litter and/or debris from sidewalks, exterior stairs, and alleyways; remove all litter and/or debris from grounds, including parking lots. Collect all recycling materials and move them to the appropriate containers to comply with the County recycling program's mandated recycling requirements. Dust all baseboards, chairs, doors, walls, etc. Return chairs and wastepaper baskets to their proper position. Dust mop smooth floors. Sweep rough wood or concrete floors. Dust office furniture (other than teachers' desks), filing cabinets, and telephones. Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners on the exterior of all buildings and parking lots. Empty pencil sharpeners. Damp wipe soiled receptacles. Replace plastic liners when needed. Rearrange furniture as required. Remove graffiti immediately...
