The selected applicant will coordinate with ADPH to plan, facilitate, develop, and deliver all requirements to meet PHAB Reaccreditation Standards and Measures, Version 2022, and any updates, to maintain accreditation status, including: Plan and schedule for development of key PHAB-required plans and documents, including meetings with ADPH and partner organizations. Evaluate existing key PHAB-required plans to update and align with PHAB standards. Facilitate the process to update all key plans and provide a final draft of each plan to ADPH. Create, update, and manage a performance management system to monitor and improve organizational performance, including setting goals and tracking metrics. Lead the department in setting performance management goals and strategies, and monitor progress through the performance management system. Conduct, facilitate, and document stakeholder engagement meetings so that PHAB strategies and measurable objectives are met. Lead meetings with team leads, partners and stakeholders, and staff as needed.
