The City of Greensboro is seeking proposals for upholstery recovering services for specified furniture pieces. The goal is for the furniture to look "like new" upon completion. Proposals should include estimated turnaround time, options for phased completion to minimize public impact, and a clear breakdown of any material costs. If completing units at once, the project must be completed within three weeks from the start of work, which should begin within 30 days of contract execution. If staggering the unit completion, the project must be completed within six weeks from the start of work, which should begin within 30 days of contract execution.
