Provide construction management and inspection services during the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of Citywide Electrical Control Panel Replacement Project for Water and Wastewater Facilities (Project). Services will also include special electrical inspection of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system installations. The work underthis contract is divided into three main sections: 1) control panel fabrication, 2) wastewater control system demolition, installation, and cutover, and 3) potable and reclaim control system demolition, installation, and cutover. The CMWD operates the potable and reclaim water sites, while the City of Carlsbad operates the wastewater sites. The upgrade of the water and wastewater SCADA systems will standardize the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware, control panels, PLC programming, Human Machine Interface (HMI) software, and HMI programming. The City will complete all programming.
