Background Information: 1.2.1 The current information for 7000 Liberty Drive, Liberty, Missouri is as follows: a. Tenant Agencies: Missouri Department of Social Services, Department of Health & Senior Services, and Department of Public Safety/Missouri State Highway Patrol; b. The building is approximately 19,819 total square feet; c. There are approximately 40 full time employees located within the building with approximately 70 visitors per week; d. The building is a five (5) times a week clean, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding State Holidays. Tenant Agency: Missouri Department of Corrections/Board of Probation & Parole; b. The building is approximately 8,914 total square feet; c. There are approximately 40 full time employees located within the building with approximately 70 visitors per week; d. The building is a five (5) times a week clean, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday excluding State Holidays.
