7.1. Contract As required by Arizona Revised Statutes §§15-914(E) and 41-1279.21(A)(4), the Auditor General must approve the contract before the contract is signed and any audit work begins. 7.2. Audit Years The term of the resultant contract shall commence upon award and shall continue for a period of one fiscal audit and could be renewed four (4) years thereafter and will cover fiscal years FY 25-26,, FY 26- 27,, FY 27-28 and FY 2028-2029 unless terminated or cancelled, as otherwise provided herein. 7.3. Fire Drills All vendors must be aware that, while at any site within the Cedar Unified School District #25, any and all personnel employed by their firm must respond and act accordingly to all fire drills. The requirement applies whether vendor is participating in a site visit, evaluating the scope of a job for bid response, or performing work at a site.
