A. Act in accordance with the Texas Dam Safety Program statutes and rules provided in the Texas Water Code Section 12.052 and Title 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 299. B. Any engineering studies must be approved, signed, and stamped by a qualified design professional registered in Texas. C. Additionally, studies must be performed according to TCEQ Dam Safety Guidelines located at the following: https://www.tceq.texas.gov/compliance/investigation/damsafetyprog.html. D. Prepare EAP including inundation maps and breach analyses for the agreed upon list of high hazard existing dams, which are either small or intermediate in size. E. Within 30 days of execution of this Contract, TCEQ and CONTRACTOR will agree on a written Schedule of Technical Deliverables, which will be incorporated into the Contract by reference upon agreement. The CONTRACTOR will notify the TCEQ before beginning any work on an EAP. Schedule is adjustable by mutual agreement by TCEQ and CONTRACTOR in writing. However, the contract end date adjustment would require a formal amendment.
