A. Initial evaluation of the Borough’s current grants and grant procurement efforts; including meeting with all necessary personnel to determine priorities and funding goals. B. Development of a needs assessment and a grant strategy plan which will identify the types of grants to be pursued, Borough initiatives or programs to be supported, and highlevel timeline or schedule for grant submissions. C. Ongoing communication and notification to Borough of all available and potential governmental and non-governmental funding opportunities. Track State and Federal legislative initiatives pertinent to the Borough’s objectives and operations. D. Research, preparation, submission and follow up on all applications and grants including grant and project management, oversight of administrative services necessary to meet grant requirements, appropriate legislative communications and support of all funding applications. Provide monthly status report to the Borough Administrator or his designee. E. Meet with all appropriate legislative and government officials on the Borough’s behalf pertaining to any grant and funding services. F. Any other services the Borough may require in support of grant applications including, but not limited to, attendance at Borough Council or committee meetings.
