The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to provide brand research and analysis. The selected partner(s) will be responsible for: Conducting various research studies, including qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and historical, to evaluate brand perception, awareness, and equity among target audience segments and stakeholder groups. Designing and executing customized, ad hoc research tailored to the university's unique requirements. Evaluating the performance and effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts in alignment with the university's strategic priorities. Developing benchmarks, providing market and competitor insights, and proposing datadriven solutions using market research. Assisting in the creation of detailed target audience personas. Analyzing existing data to uncover trends and opportunities for strategic improvement. Delivering thorough analysis and actionable recommendations, including executive summaries, white papers, and presentations as required. The selected partner will also demonstrate: Mechanisms utilized for ensuring data integrity and accurate responses. A track record of effectively analyzing large data sets. The ability to leverage advanced technology, like predictive analytics, consumer sentiment tools, and artificial intelligence (AI) to offer deeper insights.
