1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HVAC system and provide a detailed, itemized proposal for a replacement system. 2. Removal and disposal of existing rooftop units. 3. Supply and installation of two (2) Trane YSK packaged rooftop units: • RTU-1: 20-ton capacity • RTU-2: 25-ton capacity 4. Provide new curbs 5. Integration and upgrade of the existing control system to SC+ BACnet Trane controls. 6. Installation of new controllers on fifteen (15) Variable Air Volume (VAV) units. 7. Testing, commissioning, and verification of system functionality. 8. Pre and post-test and air balance (TAB) to ensure proper system operation. 9. Training for building staff on the new system operation. 10. Compliance with all applicable local codes and regulations. 11. Assist Fenton Township with identification of any potential Consumers Energy rebates applicable to this project.
