The City of Belle Meade is accepting bids for the Public Works Building Garage Door Installation Project. The project will include, but not necessarily be limited to the installation of a new 12’ x 12’ garage door at the Public Works/Maintenance Building located at 4705 Harding Pike, Nashville, Tennessee, which generally includes demolition of the existing wall, temporary support of building/roofing, permanent framing and bond beam for new garage door opening, new garage door installation including all components, electrical motor and operator, components and wiring, and all other items necessary for a complete operating door system. The new door installation is generally expected to match the existing building garage door. Refer to Bid Proposal for bid pricing and quantities.
