Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), operated by the Charlotte County Airport Authority, seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide digital signage integrator services over a 4-year period to design, implement, and manage a phased approach for modernizing and replacing existing advertising, wayfinding, and flight information display systems (FIDS). The project will be divided into three distinct work areas, each completed in two parts, or scopes. The first scope of work will be to design a layout and material specifications for the work area. Upon completion, the firm will provide a final quote to procure and install the new Digital Signage System. Contingent upon PGD approval of the quote, the second scope of work will commence with the procurement and installation of the Digital Signage System. The project aims to enhance passenger experience, streamline operations, and align with PGD’s growth, including the new Rental Car Center, existing terminal, and planned terminal expansion. This RFQ invites proposals from experienced vendors capable of delivering innovative, scalable, and cost-effective digital media solutions tailored to PGD’s unique needs. The selected vendor will collaborate with PGD stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and future expansion plans.
