All custodial work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4pm daily. This property is approximately 18,058 square feet. Vendor shall provide the supplies and materials listed below: (Space will be provided on 1st and 2nd floors for supplies to be stored: Buffers. pads. floor stripping solution, and wax (Completed once a year if requested) Buckets, mops, brooms, and dust mops Plastic trash liners Window cleaner Toilet paper and paper towels Sanitizer and deodorizer blocks Hand soap for dispensers Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaner Any other supplies deemed necessary to fulfill cleaning obligations. Vendor shall provide the following services on a daily basis: Reception, Hallway, & Stairwell Areas 1. Vacuum or mop all floors. 2. Clean all windows at floor level to include the window bases, and blinds once a week. 3. Clean all exit doors glass inside and outside once a week. 4. Floors will be swept and mopped down with tile and grout cleaner to sanitize, remove all dirt, and markings. Caution wet floor signs will be placed outside the bathroom doors. 2. Sinks will be cleaned, and counter tops should be wiped down. 3. Toilets and urinals to include side panels (walls) of urinals will be cleaned with a sanitizer and if needed the deodorizer blocks will be replaced. 4. Toilet paper--replace any empty rolls with a new roll in all stalls. 5. Replace paper towels, empty trash cans and replace trash liners. 6. Wall -wipe down all walls and clean air vents in the ceiling 7. Soap dispenser-soap will need to be replace if needed. 8. Clean mirrors daily. Offices 1. Empty all trash cans and replace trash liners. Upon Request by Occupant 1. Wipe down desk and bookshelves 2. Vacuum Conference Rooms 1. Wipe down tables and apply wax to keep shine. 2. Cove base (base boards) will be wiped down with a cleaning solvent Once Per Month 1. Clean windows Breakrooms 1. Sweep and mop floors. 2. Cove base (base boards) will be wiped down with a cleaning solvent. 3. Empty trash cans and replace trash liners. Clean and wipe down all tables and put chairs back under the tables. 4. Clean and wipe down coffee pots, microwave, and refrigerator. 5. Replace paper towels in dispensers if needed.
