The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide dumpsters and hauling services Dumpsters shall be provided and maintained by the Successful Bidder. For bidding purposes, assume three (3) – thirty (30) yard dumpsters are to be provided. One (1) dumpster will service used tires and the other two (2) will service solid waste and debris. Dumpsters provided by the Successful Bidder shall have a holding capacity of 30 cubic yards and must be capable of holding heavy loads of various types of solid waste and used tires. Dumpsters shall be in satisfactory condition such that the contents do not spill on roadways during transport to the disposal facilities. The provided dumpster shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and local regulations. The servicing schedule is On-Call as requested by the City Public Works facility manager. Request for service is variable based on generation by the City. The dumpster service (hauling) shall be provided within two (2) Business Days, as referenced in the Purchasing Definitions section of this Solicitation, from the original day of the request.
