Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. CBI is requesting this sole source for the ICHC website to extend the current contract with LogiKCO. This extension will include any and all maintenance and updates related to the ICHC website. The ICHC website is utilized by numerous agencies and individuals daily. If the CBI/State were to go with another vendor there would be costs for building a new website and reconfiguring the current interface with the CCIC vendor. There is no other vendor right now that could provide this service. If the State chooses not to extend the current contract, developing a new website would take time, money, and create an outage for all users. By identifying a sole source, there will be no interruption in service to the end users’ side and will not incur any costs to the CBI/State.
