The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer Utilities, Trenton Sewer Utility is soliciting sealed proposals as a Fair and Open process from interested and highly experienced, qualified, and professional consulting firms (hereinafter called proposers, proposers, or contractors) to perform a Sewer Utility Rate Study for the Trenton Sewer Utility (hereinafter referred to as TSU) over the course of the next 5 years. The selected person(s) and or firm(s) shall perform the tasks specified in the scope of work/scope of services section of the proposal. Persons and or firms are hereby invited to submit a proposal based upon the requirements and conditions set forth in the request for proposal (RFP). TSU is soliciting the services of a qualified firm to conduct a sewer rate study to provide recommendations for sewer service charges for a self-supporting sewer system.
