Scott Community Center: 3756 SE Oak St Portland OR Peninsula Park Community Center: 700 N Rosa Parks Way Portland OR St. Johns Community Center: 8427 N Central Ave. Portland OR Southwest Community Center: 6820 SW 45th Ave. Portland OR Woodstock Community Center: 5905 SE 43rd Ave. Portland OR Meals per day for all nine (9) sites (meal quantity vary by each site) one lunch and two snacks -approximately 154 meals and 308 snacks total; approximately 770 meals total and 1,540 snacks per week for the nine (9) sites. Meals are prepared and pre-packaged with utensils if necessary for to go option. Prepared meals must maintain the original temperature (insulated bag) and be flexible with meal substitutions for food allergies, dietary requirements, or cultural needs. Parks seeks to provide nutritional meals to preschoolers, one meal and two snacks. Please include sample menus of a full month of various meal offerings in the proposal. Varied options include: hot meals, such as bentos, noodles, vegetables and rice with protein options, and culturally significant and varied options throughout the year. This program is an important food bridge for many of the participants and we would like the best options possible to be served on site or available to take away. Meals must be packaged for program participants to take with them, they should be covered and can be carried flat. Cartons of milk are to be provided and milk alternatives. Sponsor (City) will serve meals to participants, will manage any left-over meals, and determine eligible participants for preschool meal program. Sponsor will provide refrigerator space to hold a few days worth of milk (approximately 154 cartons). Sponsor will provide access to kitchen and/or storage area for vendor to drop off meals prepared for the day. Meals must be prepared in a commercial kitchen.
