1. In general, the successful bidder will provide recreation supplies for the Pasadena Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. Supplies include but are not limited to board games such as puzzles, card games, table games and arts and crafts supplies such as tempera paint, glue, construction paper, crayons, washable markers, colored tissue paper, glitter, paint brushes etc... 2. There will be a several bulk orders; however, additional items may be ordered as needed. 3. Various measures (ounces, packages, boxes, gallons, pints, etc...) and various colors, will be required. 4. The estimated quantities are based on availability and actual number of registrants; the quantity information is for planning purposes only; no quantities are implied or guaranteed. 5. Submitted prices are to include all charges for shipping/handling, California State Tax, and the grand total. 6. The city prefers to award the pricing agreement to one (1) vendor; however, multiple vendors may be considered due to manufacturer, brand, availability, pricing, delivery, etc. as best meets the needs of the City of Pasadena.
