Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Mooresville, North Carolina (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from selected firms to serve as underwriter for its proposed Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2025 (the “2025 LOBs”). The proceeds of the 2025 LOBs will be used to finance (i) Phase I improvements to Moor Park at a cost of $11.2 million, (ii) the renovation of the Town’s Main Library at an estimated cost of $2.6 million and (iii) improvements to Lee Park at an estimated cost of $1.2 million. The 2025 LOBs will be issued pursuant to Section 160A-20 of the North Carolina General Statutes and will be secured by a deed of trust on the Main Library which has an insured value of approximately $10 million.
