The Contractor shall provide Passenger Mobility Vehicles and Operating Services to ensure the safe, courteous and expeditious movement of MCO passengers who request mobility services within Terminal C. This is accomplished by providing passenger mobility vehicles plus operators that shall be available to render mobility assistance. The Contractor employees assigned to this Contract shall not be allowed to engage in secondary employment with any enterprise doing business at MCO without prior approval of, and at the sole discretion of the AAR. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, uniforms, passenger mobility vehicles, personnel and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, providing passenger mobility services, ensuring the safe, courteous and expeditious movement of passengers in the arrival and departure concourses, Federal Inspection Station, and other areas within Terminal C of MCO.
