Plumbing Services Diagnose and repair leaks, broken pipes, and faulty fixtures Repair or replace toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, etc. Maintain and repair domestic water and sewer system Clear drain lines, floor drains, and grease traps Repair or replace water heaters (gas and electric) Test and repair backflow preventers Repair/replace pumps, valves, and pressure regulators Provide scheduled and on-demand preventive maintenance B. Gas Services Repair and maintain gas lines and appliances Identify and address leaks, corrosion, and component failures Provide emergency repairs and preventive maintenance C. Lift Station Services (Incidental Only) Lift station-related work is not to be treated as a primary or stand-alone service. These services may only be performed when incidental to other approved plumbing tasks and must directly support or result from a plumbing service request.
