The City is requesting proposals from experienced, qualified vendors to print and mail the City's monthly newsletter and quarterly recreation guide. The selected vendor will print, bind, and manage the bulk mailing of both publications to all Diamond Bar households and businesses with 91765 and 91789 ZIP Codes through the United States Postal Service (USPS). There are approximately 22,500 addresses in Diamond Bar. Additionally, depending on the issue, the vendor will be required to drop off additional copies of the publications (250-500 of monthly newsletters, and 500-2,500 of recreation guides) to a designated City facility. City staff will coordinate mailing dates with selected vendor to ensure each publication is delivered via USPS’s EDDM mailing service to all residential and business addresses in Diamond Bar no later than the end of each month. Postage will be paid using the City’s bulk permit account – permit held at the Chino post office.
