i. Remove and properly dispose of aluminum siding, (approximately 1,600 S.F.) and associated appurtenances down to original siding. Inspect all original siding and replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR project Manager on a unit price basis. (See Unit Price #1) ii. Remove and secure all electric wires and cables for phone, internet etc. iii. Remove and replace exterior lights and exhaust vents. iv. Provide and install house wrap. v. Provide and install new vinyl siding. vi. Remove and replace gable vents. vii. Remove and safely store gutters/gutter guards and downspouts. Reinstall when fascia and siding work is complete. viii. Remove and properly dispose of approximately 80 L.F. of aluminum wrapping on rake board and 80 L.F. of aluminum wrapping on fascia board. ix. Inspect rake and fascia board, replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. (See unit Price # 2) x. Remove and properly dispose of all existing aluminum soffit material. xi. Provide and install new aluminum wrapping on rake and fascia board. xii. Provide and install new aluminum wrapping at soffits.
