The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a premade software solution which allows it to access and review motor carrier driver and vehicle data from multiple federal and state sources. PUCO would like all of this information to be consolidated into a secure, web-based platform. This software should include, but is not limited to the following items: • Carrier International Registration Plan (IRP), International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and safety data views • Carrier, Driver, and vehicle pre-screen capabilities • Vehicle IRP, IFTA, and safety data views • Unified carrier Registration (UCR) views • Commercial Driver License Information System (CDLIS) interface for Driver history and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse data • Daily IRP and IFTA transaction uploads to IDR/Safety and Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) System • Custom web services for integration with additional state systems • Configurable pass/fail tests with visual indicators • Account management by user role (login/logout) • Interfaces for Ohio intrastate registration and oversize/overweight permitting systems • 24/7 technical support • Support interfacing with state of Ohio SSO portal (please discuss your SSO methodologies in the response)
