Martin County is seeking professional services for Banner Financial Management System Technical, Oracle Database Support Services, and applicable third-party application and integrations related to the Banner FMS application. The Banner FMS application supports core financial and administrative operations such as Budgeting, Purchase Orders (POs), Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Disbursements, Receivables, Grant Management, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, and Reporting. The services needed are to provide Issue Resolution Support, System Optimizations, Upgrades & Patch Management, Integration Improvements, and assistance with day-to-day issue resolution in collaboration with Information Technology Services (ITS) and other functional staff to ensure smooth and continued operation of the Banner FMS application.
