1) Perform all mold and asbestos remediation identified from the reports and carry out all necessary repairs to restore affected areas to their original conditions unless otherwise specified. 2) Detach, clean, and reset all heat, air conditioning, or exhaust registers. Remove any Handicap grab bars (if applicable). Detach toilets if appropriate. 3) Clearance testing and reporting will be provided by a third-party Industrial Hygienist to ensure affected areas are safe to repair and are safe to occupy. Perform any wipe downs of areas that may be identified by the Industrial Hygienist. 4) Replace insulation wherever it has been removed. Repair sheet rock as needed using five-eighths inch (5/8”) Dens Armor moisture resistant gypsum panels. Tape and texture all repaired sheet rock to match. Replace subfloor as needed. Supervise the crew to ensure quality work is being performed and regulations are being followed. Haul away all debris.
