Multnomah County seeks a Contractor with substantial and relevant experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs. The Contractor should possess a thorough understanding of IPM principles and demonstrate experience managing diverse pest challenges across multiple facility types, similar to the County's portfolio. The selected Contractor will be expected to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the pest prevention, monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal components to successfully implement an IPM program. When needed or appropriate, the Contractor will provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention.
