It is the intent of the Commission to establish a Contract with a Consultant to provide the Commission with Energy Management Services as outlined. The Consultant shall have a specific understanding and knowledge of this Scope of Work and be capable of responding to varied requirements that materialize in the Commission Energy Management office throughout each year. The tasks assigned to the Consultant will not necessarily be the same fixed tasks year to year. The manner the Commission will generally use to procure services under this Contract will entail a planning meeting(s) at the beginning of each fiscal year. During this planning, a list of projected needs for the coming year will be developed. The Consultant shall then develop tasks, including pricing and schedules, to complete each task based on the hourly labor rates provided on the Pricing Page. The Commission designated Project Manager will select Proposals as deemed appropriate considering the current priorities and budget available.
