• Work Plan and Service Delivery: Develop a detailed work plan outlining the approach for both in-person or virtual service delivery, as applicable, to ensure flexible and accessible support. • Attendance Monitoring: Regular tracking of student attendance to identify patterns, monitor engagement, and ensure timely interventions when necessary. • Academic Performance Tracking: Track student progress by monitoring passing grades, A-G status/course completion identifying trends, and intervening as needed to support academic success. • Progress Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide monthly or quarterly reports to school site that summarize individual student performance, including tracked attendance, grades, assessments, and interventions. These reports will also include a comprehensive analysis of student progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and outlining strategies for continued academic success and improvement. Provide an annual report to school site and Sponsor on student progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and outlining strategies for continued academic success and improvement.
