• The successful vendor shall identify and employ an individuals to serve as the Center’s dedicated Clinical Director and will pay his/hear salary and benefits. The Clinical Director will be on-site at the Otlowski Center a minimum of thirty-five (35) hours/week. Middlesex County shall interview final candidates(s) prior to appointment and have authority to reject a candidate with cause. • The Clinical Director shall have a minimum of six (6) years of experience performing patient evaluations, formulating, modifying, and implementing treatment plans, as a social worker or as a therapist in any of the therapeutic professions such as art, music, dance, psychodrama, recreation, three (3) years of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity. o The Clinical Director shall: ▪ Provide clinical and administrative supervision for the Center’s outpatient mental health and partial care directors. ▪ Assist the Medical Director in the overall management and administrative oversight of the Medical Unit. ▪ Oversee the Center’s Electronic Health Record system and Quality Assurance Program. ▪ Coordinate the Center’s internship program. ▪ Responsible for reporting Unusual Incidents to the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. ▪ Oversee the Ryan White and Postpartum Depression programs. ▪ Provide direct clinical services, as needed. ▪ Attend outside professional meetings with community agencies and programs. ▪ Complete other tasks relevant to the role of Clinical Director, as determined by the Executive Director...
