2.1 Perform annual maintenance and testing procedures as described in the scope of work within thirty days after the award or as agreed upon with City staff to accommodate an annual maintenance schedule that insures performance of generators at all times and especially during the Hurricane Season. 2.2 All labor and parts shall be warranted by the Contractor for a period of not less than one year or per the manufacturer’s warranty period for any specific replacement part. Any additional warranty by a manufacturer will be forwarded to the City’s Representative and shall be to the benefit of the City of Zephyrhills. 2.3 All parts supplied or installed shall meet or exceed OEM specifications. 2.4 During the scheduled annual maintenance procedure, the City reserves the right to request a load test with a Portable Load Bank. Approval must be received first from the City before work is performed. The test should last one hour at 80% load of generators rated KW, and a written load test report shall be submitted to the City’s Representative requesting the test within one week of completion.
