The Rhode Island Department of Public Safety (RIDPS) is seeking to procure a modern video wall along with the necessary hardware and software to control and display a minimum of four (4) signals in a customizable multi-viewable layout on a single screened video wall. The controller must allow all the applications to be displayed on the video wall simultaneously and arranged in any layout desired. The content displayed and the layout should be able to be controlled and/or modified both directly and remotely. RIDPS is in search of a Proposer to provide the software, hardware and services described in the remainder of this RFP. Proposers may offer a single solution via a single vendor or partner with subcontractors to provide a complete solution. Regardless of whether multiple vendors or a single vendor is involved, a complete solution (i.e., hardware, software, video output/monitor devices, cabling, installation, configuration, integration, and all necessary vendor services) must be proposed.
