All Campuses – DAILY Dust mop hard surface floors with a non-treated dust mop Spot damp mop hard surface floors with a neutral disinfectant to remove any spillage or soiled areas. Clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser. Clean any and all waste left on tables and furniture. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners from client’s supply. Use a high co-efficient disinfectant for proper sanitation as necessary and on common surfaces. All Campuses – WEEKLY Polish doors, frames, light switches, etc. to remove fingerprints. Dust furniture including bottoms of chairs. Clean interior windows. Dust all tops or surfaces to include vending machines and exhibit cases to hand height (7”0”). Remove marks and smudges from walls when removal will not spoil wall appearance as necessary. Use a high co-efficient disinfectant for proper sanitation. Wipe all exposed vertical surfaces of desk, file cabinets, chairs, tables, other furniture and furnishings with disinfectant. Power vacuum any entry mats. Thoroughly damp mop hard surface floors, taking care to get corners, along edges and beneath furniture. Dust blinds, shades and/or other window treatments. Inspect and clean low ceiling light fixtures. Clean/polish exteriors of small appliances; clean interiors of small appliances such as microwave ovens. All Campuses – MONTHLY Burnish tile floors. Clean exterior windows. Dust blinds, shades and/or other window treatments.
