Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Fluid Control Specialties LLC for the purchase of Tideflex, RKL, Red Valve and appurtenances including OEM repair parts and maintenance for a period of three years. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. Per correspondence from DeZURIK, Inc. dated April 22, 2025, Fluid Control Specialties, Inc. is the sole authorized manufacturer’s representative of all DeZURIK, Inc. products including DeZURIK, APCO, Hilton, Willamette, Red Valve, Tideflex, and RKL products for the municipal market in the approved Florida territories. Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
