The contractor will provide preventative maintenance inspections periodically through the year and 'as requested' repair/ emergency visits by IL Dept of Revenue for the 5 Print Shop machines. These include (1) iCtP Platewriter 2000, (2) DUPLICATOR GRAPHICS W/CD (SHEET FED OFFSET), (3) JET PRESS, (4) Baum Folder, and (5) Bourg Collators System consisting of: AEZZ Collator; AGR2 Stitcher' PA-S Folder; TR Trimmer; TD Stacker. For repairs, whether identified by the department or contractor, the contractor will be required to procure and provide replacement parts, as recommended and authorized, at the contractor's cost. The contractor will be required to provide written cost estimate of repair with necessary replacement parts prior ordering or providing necessary repairs. DOR may solicit other estimates on the parts, if needed. The contractor will be required to receive written authorization for any written cost estimate prior to beginning and completing the repair/replacements. Work Scheduling shall be as follows: Periodic Maintenance Inspections Established schedule with Agency Representative Completed in Standard Business days - Monday - Friday Completed in Standard Business hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Completion of Repair / Emergency Visits Recommended and Authorized replacement parts Labor / travel The State will include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains details on the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
