Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Base Bid 1: The regrading of the dirt road, regrading of the existing ditches, modification of the existing drainage system, and drainage/piping installation on Butler Street, Seventh Ave, and enhancements to Fernwood Park. • Bid Alternate 1: Installation of an 8-inch water main and service laterals along Butler Street and Seventh Avenue. • Base Bid 2: The regrading of the dirt road, regrading of the existing ditches, modification of the existing drainage system, and drainage/piping installation on Ninth Ave, East Blvd, Eighth Ave, Bessie Street, Oakdale Street, Magnolia Street, and Third Ave. Base Bid 2(a): Town-funded Phase II. Base Bid 2(b): FEMA-funded Phase I.
