The City of Rochester, New Hampshire, Department of Public Works (hereinafter referred to as "Rochester DPW") regularly works with qualified engineering firms on an as needed basis, in support of the City’s operations and capital improvement goals. Purchasing procedures and standard practices necessary to be eligible for state and federally funded projects, requires the Rochester DPW to select firms based on qualifications, and to have contracts and qualifications be reevaluated every five years. The most recent selections were made in 2020, and in general, Rochester DPW has been satisfied with the services provided by the selected firms. Rochester DPW is now seeking qualifications to evaluate and select engineering firms to provide services in support of the City's capital improvement goals during the next five fiscal years (FY2026, FY2027, FY2028, FY2029 and FY2030). This work will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, and selection does not guarantee award of any work. Work may be needed in the areas of Highway, Bridges, Traffic Management, Stormwater, Water Supply Treatment and Distribution, Wastewater Supply Collection and Treatment and Dams. Such work may include, but not be limited to: - Evaluation and Analysis - Feasibility Studies - Master Planning - Design - Bid and Contract Document Preparation - Construction Administration and Inspection - Grant pursuit and application - Technical Peer Review Services - Regulatory Compliance
