Exterior Washing The scope of work shall include all materials, labor and equipment for a complete exterior restoration wash. This will clean all exterior surfaces of the building which includes the soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts. Additionally, all sidewalks as referenced in Exhibit A will be part of the exterior washing component of the project. The intent of the exterior washing is to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, algae and other debris. This exterior wash shall also clean oxidation and rust. Wood Restoration and Staining / Sealing The scope of work shall include all materials, labor and equipment for wood restoration for all beams, soffits and wood on and surrounding the building including both front and rear pergolas and the privacy barrier around the rainwater collection system. The restoration would include proper preparation to stain and seal in accordance with Sherwin Williams guidelines. The stain and seal shall be Sherwin Williams, color to be determined by owner. Proper preparation shall include but not be limited to cleaning and sanding as needed. The awarded contractor shall provide a one-year materials and workmanship warranty on the wood restoration and staining/sealing component of the project.
