RCBOE is requesting qualifications from construction management firms interested in providing construction management at risk services for a slope stabilization and streambank repair project at Trinity High School (“Trinity High School Project”). The project will involve removal of unpermitted fill material (earth, wood debris, rubble, etc.) from the existing slope and woody debris from within stream (at engineer’s direction) and returning the ground surface to the approximate pre-disturbance elevation and slope (as determined by engineer). Removed fill will then be sorted, temporarily stockpiled, and either removed from the site or reused if suitable as backfill to grade slopes to the contours shown on the preliminary construction drawings prepared by Soil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (attached). Based on the proximity of the work area to an existing stream and the associated vegetated setbacks, the project is considered to be within an environmentally sensitive area.
