Mecklenburg County Criminal Justice Services (CJS) is seeking to contract with a vendor to build upon a recent data warehouse project. This project will complement the completed data enhancements and visualizations project by: a. Expanding upon the established key performance indicators and outcomes b. Building data structure that allows for a more granular data extraction on a continuous, individual level c. Exploring ways to enhance data so that it flags specific groups within arrested population (i.e., frequent utilizers, those awaiting trial, domestic violence charges, homeless, etc.) This project will leverage the CJS data warehouse, which is comprised of arrest processing, jail, court case records, and pretrial risk assessment data.
