The Town of Islip (“the Town”) Department of Personnel and Labor Relations is seeking a professional service provider to offer and administer Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSAs) to Town employees for the payment of qualifying medical and qualifying dependent care expenses. The Town is seeking to enter into a professional service agreement for the administration of health Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSAs) to Town Employees, the term of which shall be effective January 1, 2026 for a period of one (1) year, with the Town’s sole option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year (1-year) extension periods. Each term shall be the duration of the calendar year, starting January 1 and ending December 31. Through its evaluation committee, the Town will select the respondent whose proposal receives the greatest overall score. The evaluation committee will only open and evaluate price pages from those respondents which it has determined are qualified on the basis of the evaluation criteria listed herein. After qualified firms have been identified, the evaluation committee will factor in the cost of the qualified proposals
