Services will consist of the roll-oƯ container(s) delivery, pick up, transportation and disposal of dewatered sludge and waste as needed/on-call basis. The contractor is expected to provide one (1) 20-yard roll-oƯ dumpster with rollers on all four (4) corners to enable moving on the ground. The containers provided must be in good condition (clean, no leaks, etc.). Liners will be provided by the County. Contractor will need to be available for pickups Monday – Friday. Disposal requests can range from every day to twice a week. If the Contractor is unable to dump on the day service is requested, they will need to provide an empty container on site that day and return for the full container once they are able to remove for disposal. Contractor will coordinate with the facilities’ designated representative on any analytical requirements or manifests for each pickup. Waste shall be disposed of in a sub-titled D landfill, permitted to accept WWTP sludge. All transportation will be in satisfactory standing with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Provide proper disposal of sludge according to all requirements of the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) and state/local regulations. Manifests are to be provided by the Contractor.
